前几天ChatGPT的账号无法登陆了，使用oneapi搭建的接口代理也用不了。收到如下OpenAI发来的邮件。

再看openwenui的接口也一样报错了。

之前计划的是使用ChatGPT的plus费用太高，每月20美元用不了多少次，算起来还是挺高的，就考虑使用OpenAI的接口来使用ChatGPT4的功能，这样每月大概只需要用几美元的token消耗。
但是刚被fomepay跑路带走了30美元余额，又找了一家虚拟信用卡，开卡，充值到OpenAI又花了50美元。还没用完一美元的额度，就又被OpenAI给封了账号，前前后花了近1000块钱，最后什么也用不了，再考虑哪些环节出现了问题，是不是使用的腾讯云新加坡服务器不能作为代理接口的IP来使用呢？
还要不要再开个新号使用OpenAI呢？还是使用市面上的三方代理方便一点，价格贵一半，但使用的量少，只要比plus少就可以抵消接口价格上升。
